    • Choice of program of study (this choice is crucial and will determine whether you will be able to work during your studies, stay in Canada after your studies and whether your spouse will be able to accompany you)

    • Application to the Quebec government for a CAQ (for studies in Quebec)

  • We handle different types of closed and open work permits such as:

    • Working Holiday Permit (International Work Experience Program)

    • Young Professionals Work Permit (International Experience Canada Program)

    • Co-op work permit (International Experience Canada Program)

    • Open work permit for spouses

    • Post-graduation work permit (open)

    • Temporary Foreign Worker Work Permit (with Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) application)

    • Closed work permit without LMIA (International Mobility Program - PMI)

    Note: An open work permit allows you to work for any employer. A closed work permit obliges you to work for only one employer (under certain conditions).

  • We prepare different types of sponsorship applications such as:

    • Sponsorship of a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner

    • Sponsoring a child

    • Sponsorship of parents or grandparents

    • Sponsorship of an orphan minor

    • Sponsorship of another family member

  • We prepare applications for permanent residence in the following Canadian programs:

    PROVINCE OF QUEBEC:

    • Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP)

    • Quebec Experience Program (PEQ)

    • Entrepreneur Program

    • Investor Program

    • Self-Employed Program

    OTHER CANADIAN PROVINCES (OUTSIDE QUEBEC and NUNAVUT):

    • Express Entry - Point system based on criteria such as age, education, work experience, knowledge of English and French, marital status and ties to Canada

    • Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) - Each provincial program is specific to a province and has several components for students, business people and workers

    N.B. 1: Permanent residency (PR) can be obtained before you settle in Canada or after you have studied or worked in Canada for a few years.

    N.B. 2: For provincial programs, residency is obtained in two steps. You must first be selected by the provincial government (e.g.: In Quebec, you must obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec ( CSQ)) and then apply for permanent residence to the Canadian federal government.

  • We prepare different types of applications allowing you to visit Canada on a temporary basis such as

    • Visitor visa (maximum stay of 6 months)

    • Super visa (for parents and grandparents)

    • Business visitor visa

    • Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) (for visitor visa exempt countries)

    • Application for extension of stay for visitor visa or super visa

  • To apply for citizenship, you must be a permanent resident and meet several requirements such as

    • Have lived in Canada for at least 3 of the last 5 years (1095 days)

    • Have filed your income tax return for 3 years

    • Passing the citizenship test (ages 18 to 54)

    • Demonstrate a minimum level of knowledge of French or English

  • An H&C application is a last resort (exceptional measure) made when a person is in Canada and wants to become a permanent resident but cannot do so under any other program.
