WORKING IN CANADA

As a general rule, you need a work permit from the Canadian government to work in Canada. Depending on your situation, you can apply for a Canadian work permit inside or outside Canada.

With certain exceptions, it is necessary for your employer to apply for an EIMT to hire you as a foreign worker.

As a general rule, a job offer is required to apply for a work permit in Canada.

WORK PERMIT APPLICATIONS

We handle different types of closed and open work permits such as:

  • Working Holiday Permit, known as PVT (Programme Expérience Internationale Canada)

  • Young Professionals Work Permit (International Experience Canada Program)-

  • Co-op work permit (International Experience Canada Program)

  • Open work permit for spouses

  • Post-graduation work permit (open)

  • Temporary Foreign Worker Work Permit (with Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) application)

  • Closed work permit without LMIA (International Mobility Program - PMI)

Note: An open work permit allows you to work for any employer. A closed work permit obliges you to work for only one employer (under certain conditions).
